Ergonomic Evaluations

Our evaluations reflect a comprehensive look at an employee’s workspace. We optimize the current environment when possible and identify solutions that meet the needs of the individual.

Ergonomics:
The Science of Work

A modern office with a white desk, a black ergonomic office chair, a computer monitor, keyboard, mouse, and some office accessories.

As a licensed physical therapist, I understand how repetitive strain injuries can develop and worsen over time. A thorough ergonomic assessment with measurements of the individual at their workspace can help identify necessary adjustments to improve—and prevent—pain associated with repetitive activity.

When possible any necessary changes to the current workspace will be made during the evaluation. If different equipment is recommended, we can work within your budget to help find the best option for the individual.

When individuals are at work, they are not thinking about if a chair fits or how high a monitor should be—they are just trying to do their job! My job is to help you by performing comprehensive ergonomic evaluations for current injuries, work comp claims as well as proactive preventative assessments. Remember—a piece of equipment might say it’s ergonomic…but that doesn’t mean it is ergonomic.
